We choose to use latex painting on all ceilings, walls, trim, and doors unless the client requests oil based products. Why is this you ask? In today's society with products constantly evolving we have moved towards latex paint as it is more practical for the interior of your home. Studies show that 80% of the paint used in interior homes is now latex. Latex is easy to clean, environmentally friendly, dry's faster, does not yellow, and resistant to many common paint failures.
We understand your time is valuable. Many of our clients have important obligations through out the week so we thrive to be flexible for you. If you are unavailable to be home while we are on the job we will still get it done for you!
